Founded by Simon Peel, our Chief Growth Officer & Managing Partner, PFG was born from a powerful insight: strong GTM positioning is the critical first step to driving efficiency and growth. With 25+ years as a GTM advisor and CMO/CRO for investor-backed companies, plus two years inside a private equity firm, Simon witnessed firsthand how the right positioning transforms performance.

That experience sparked the creation of the Positioning for Growth system—a proven approach to unlocking sustainable, efficient growth.
